How To Use:

Step 1: Apply one coat of OPI Base Coat
Step 2: Apply two thin coats of burgundy nail polish
Step 3: Finish with one coat of OPI Top Coat for a glossy finish
Removes easily with OPI Expert Touch Lacquer Remover
