Returns and Refunds

I need to return an item, how do I do this?

If goods have been ordered in error or are not as expected, please call our Customer Service Team on 01702 520000 - 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to request a returns authorisation number or use our 'returns center' app located at the bottom of the homepage (https://ultimatehb.returnscenter.com/.

The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and within 7 days of the returns reference being issued, unused, in perfect condition and sent back in it´s original packaging. How long will it take for my return to be processed?

If item’s are unsuitable the returns process can take up to 7-10 days to complete and for a refund to be issued. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection before a refund or a replacement can be issued. This process can take between 10-14 days. Carriage will not be refunded when items are returned as unwanted, unsuitable or ordered in error.
