Glitterbels Hema Free Dehydrator is applied after filing the natural nail plate. Be sure to remove all dust, too.

Tip: The dehydrator is best used for ultra-adhesion and exceptionally good for clients with oily nail beds or prone to lifting. The perfect base before applying colour.
