Elgon Ultra Violet Bleach combines a high-performance, dust-free formula with red algae and ac oil complex to provide up to 7 levels of lift, whilst clarifying your clients' blonde tones.
Did you know: It is suitable for all lightening services, as a vegan-friendly violet bleach that counteracts underlying yellow tones, obtaining perfect blonde results all whilst protecting the hair fibre.
