Crazy Color Rapid Toner | Ice Queen
Gives cool silver results that perfectly tones pre-lightened hair to an icy blonde, with a cool blue base.
All Crazy Color Rapid Toners work well on their own or as a pre-ton before applying semi-permanent colour for added longevity.
The creamy formula contains Shea Butter, Oleic Acid, Grapeseed Oil, Sunflower Oil and Glycerine, which help moisturise, nourish and protect the hair and adds shine for healthy, hydrated results.
