Function: Before cutting, dyeing or perming, take a section around the neck to prevent the hair from being cut or the dye dripping onto the customer's neck, and to avoid discomfort caused by loss of hair or hair dye on the skin. One-time use, very clean and hygienic.

How to use: Tear off a section of the neckband from a roll, gently stretch it to fit the customer's neck, and glue the white dots at both ends together. (Note: The neckband can be stretched, but not by force. It is correct to glue the white glue dots on the ends together, it won't stick anywhere else.)
