What if I forget my password?

Go to the 'Login/Register' at the top of our homepage and click 'Lost your password' and follow the on screen instructions. We´ll then send you a new password. Once you´ve got your new password, enter it on the sign in page and from ´My Account´ you can change the password to one you´ll easily remember.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order up until the time it is being prepared for dispatch by calling our Customer Service Team on 01702 520000, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. If your order has already been dispatched it will not be possible to cancel.  You can also email our Customer Service Team at however we recommend you call us to ensure your order has been cancelled prior to dispatch.

How can I change/update my contact details?

If you are registered with us online, you can update and manage all your personal details except your email address. When you are on our main home page simply log in and click on "My Account".

Why can't I log into my account?

If you are experiencing problems logging into your account first check the email address and password you are using are correct. If you are still experiencing problems please contact our Customer Service Team on 01702 520000, 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and we will be happy to help you with this.
